The 90-4K serves for measuring the insulation resistance according to different standards. The required test voltage is produced by an adjustable, electronically stabilized voltage source. The operation can be carried out either manually at the front-panel or via an interface. The measurements are shown at a switch-selectable digital instrument. Through this the device is used in laboratory tests, manual test stations and in fully automatic test systems.
