The 90-3K serves for resistance measurements in four-wire technology. The unit is suitable for use in the production, laboratory work, on-receipt inspection as well as for automatic test systems. The device is equipped with a 3 1/2-digit digital display, the measurement range is shown by LED's. For use in automatic test systems the current and voltage measuring leads are rooted to amultiple connector at the rear side. The measurement ranges are selectable via digital 24 V DC-signals. The measurement is available as analog DC-signal (0 to 10 V). For operation via interface the range selector switch at the front-panel is out of order.
